We are technicians at heart, not salespeople. We are here to assist you with all your technical needs, including solving & overcoming any issues that may arise so you can get back to work as quickly as possible. We strive to stay on top of the market by continuing our education & obtaining certifications for all the latest technologies. We have held certifications for all of NEC’s phone systems and add on features for the past 25 years. We hold certifications from all our security partners as well. Billy Tingle
Owner
My family has been in the Communications Business my entire life. I started learning & helping my dad with telephones at the age of 10. Once I finished school, I started working for the family business as a technician. I worked as a tech for ten years, and then eventually moved into operations and sales. I still get out to do technical work whenever I can because that is what I enjoy. When I’m not working, I also enjoy being outdoors, helping others with handyman projects or mechanical needs, and watching movies with my wife and cats.

Lead Technician
I joined the team back in 2008 as a helper and have progressed through the ranks to the lead technician. Being born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, I have a love of the outdoors. In my free time I like to hike, build things, play with my dog, work on cars, travel, play video games, try new food and drinks, and go to football and soccer events.
